Full terms and conditions can be supplied upon request, the following are some of the main points.

When we have collected your computer, we will start the repair as soon as possible, usually same or next day, at our normal rates. Alternatively, if you have specifically requested an estimate before work commences, we will attempt to give this. If you decide to decline any of the work required, we will gladly return your computer in its original condition, in this case a fee of £20 covers the fault determination.

Failure to reply to an offer will result in your laptop being retained for a period of 30 days before being recycled or disposed of.

Whilst we will attempt to protect or backup your data if you have ordered this,  we accept no responsibility in relation to the security, protection, confidentiality or use of such data. If you are concerned about personal data we recommend you back up your data and remove it before sending us your laptop. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss of data or software, either direct or indirectly, that may take place whilst your items are in our care.

Please Note whilst we do take utmost care, failures can occur at any time, and we will not be held responsible for any hardware /sofware failures whatsoever which may occur whilst your items are in our possession.

Payment is due immediately upon job completion. Uncollected, unpaid,  items will be recycled, scrapped, or disposed of after 30 days

Repair guarantee varies from minimum of 30 days for replacement hardware, or for some new parts such as hard drive, the manufacturer warranty period is usually minimum of 12 months. Software repairs are not guaranteed

We shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage [whether for loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise], costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever [howsoever caused] .
