TERMS & CONDITIONS

Full terms and conditions can be supplied upon request, the following are some of the main points.

Our estimated price is subject to change once we have performed a detailed examination of your item. If we need to carry out additional work we will of course contact you to authorise this before incurring further charges . If you decide to decline the repair, we will gladly return your laptop in its original condition for a fee of £20 to cover the cost of return carriage.

Failure to reply to an offer will result in your laptop being retained for a period of 30 days before being recycled or disposed of.

Whilst we will attempt to protect or backup your data if you have ordered this,  we accept no responsibility in relation to the security, protection, confidentiality or use of such data. If you are concerned about personal data we recommend you back up your data and remove it before sending us your laptop. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss of data or software, either direct or indirectly, that may take place whilst your items are in our care.

Please Note that we will not be held responsible for any hardware failures which may occur whilst your items are in our possession.

Payment is due immediately upon job completion. Uncollected, unpaid,  items will be recycled, scrapped, or disposed of after 30 days

Repair guarantee period varies from minimum of 30 days, or for some new parts such as hard drive, the manufacturer warranty period is usually minimum of 12 months.

We shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage [whether for loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise], costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever [howsoever caused] .
